She is survived by: her husband James Fletcher Sykes; her nephews, Barry Smith (Ginny) and Tommy Worrell (Sandi); and her niece Kathy Koman (Doug). She is also survived by six great nephews, two great nieces, 5 great-great nieces and 11 great-great nephews.
