She was predeceased by: her parent Bernard Edward Koeppen; and her sister Susan Koeppen Overgard. She is survived by: her parent Helen Burkhardt Koeppen; her spouse Dennis Robert Shipman; her sons, Edward G. Shipman, James R. Shipman and William J. Shipman; her grandsons, Elijah R. Shipman and Jesse A. Shipman; and her siblings, Bernard E. Koeppen (Joan) and Lynn Koeppen.
