He is survived by: his sons, Victor Parker, Sr. (Valerie) of Bowie, Vernon Parker of Raleigh, NC, Vance Parker (Linda) of Camp Springs, MD, Vince Parker (Felecia) of Johnstown, CO and Vaughn Parker of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings, Dorothy Travis of Atlanta, GA and Arthur Parker of Stockbridge, GA. He is also survived by relatives & friends.
