He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Herman Hart and Minnie Lee Briggs Hart; and his siblings, Frances Hatcher, Elvira Henley, Johnny Hart, Lee Hart and James Hart.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Pickens, Mike Hart (Karen), Mark Hart (Saundra) and Steve Hart (Jackie); his grandchildren, Jamie Hart (Emily), Cristy Youmans (Jon), Ryan Pickens (Trish), Brandi Hart (Tyler), Samantha Beasley (Jared), Baily Tucker Hart (Patrick) and Taylor Hart; his great grandchildren, Luna Tucker, Remington Beasley, Hunter Beasley, Harley Beasley, Colton Beasley, Joshua Youmans, Caleb Youmans, Ariel Pickens, Layne Pickens, Wyatt Pickens, Jaidyn Hart, Jackson Hart and Ryleigh Hart; and his sisters, Becky Owen and Emma Woodlief. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
