He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Pendergrass and Mary Pendergrass; and his brothers, George and James Pendergrass. He is survived by: his sons, Michael and David Pendergrass; and his sisters, Mary Sochacki, Carol Wheeless and Susan Pendergrass.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hall-Wynne Funeral Service (1113 W Main St, Durham, NC 27701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery.
