We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2024, at the age of 71, John Bagwell III in Durham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Riles Bagwell Jr. and Ruby Mae Bagwell. He is survived by: his sons, John Riles Bagwell IV and Martin Tate Bagwell; and his grandchildren, Brighten Bagwell, Carter Bagwell, Carstin Bagwell, Campbell Wadelington, Calix Wadelington and Cameron Johnson.
