He is survived by: his sister Carol Boothe (Jimmy); his niece Kirsten Hawley-Haskell (Sam); his nephew Justin Hawley; his cousins, Cathy Lundy (Richard), Tony "Boss" Holleman (Amy), Susan Karns (Kenny), Paul Jones, Chris Holleman, Belita Crittenton, Mike Holleman (Vickie), Judi Allen, Todd Holleman, David Jones, Timmy Holleman and Amy Mireles; and his aunts and uncles, Raymond, Carol Holleman of Cedar Grove, NC, Mike, Linda Jones of Greeneville, TN and Patricia Lobeck of Hillsborough, NC.. He is also survived by many friends and co-workers.
