He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bernard Phillips and Gladys Bynum Christian (Eddie); and his brother David Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Fay Shelton Phillips; his daughter Amanda Phillips Separk (Matt); his grandchildren, Brennon Warren, Connor and Noah Holland; his children, Tyler (Makayla), Caitlyn, Rainey, Addyson and Paysleigh; and his brothers, Jimmy Phillips, Donnie Phillips (Annette) and Eddie Phillips. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and step bonus grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
