She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Holt and Sarah Holt; her siblings, Richard Holt, Larry Holt, Martha Holt, Carolyn Daniel and Mary Holt Swain; her husbands, Wallace Teasley and Wade Tilley; and her son Randy Perry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Jean Perry Williams and Ann Roberts (Rob); her grandchildren, Lori Bowen (Colby), Kevin Rigsbee (Erin), Chasen Parker (Valerie), Lydia Williams Worley (Justin) and Carrigan Roberts Graysen (Masten); and her sister Catherine Neal (Jim). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
