She was predeceased by: her parents, Gattis Herbert Murray and Mittie Mabelle Simpson Murray; and her husband George Washington Shambley, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dawanna Clark (James), Lonnie Earl Shambley and Ronald Shambley (Deborah); her grandchildren, Ashley Potts (Chris) and Tracey Husketh; her great grandchildren, Nivia, D'moni, Khloe, Katy, Kelissa and Cody; and her sister Virginia Young. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
