She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Nathaniel Smith, Sr. and Annabelle Watkins Smith. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Ross Herrmann (Norma), Anita Snoderly (Brad) of Michael King, Carter, Anthony Dale Carter and Wanda Carter. She is also survived by grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
