Isaac Bennett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2025, at the age of 73, Isaac Bennett of Durham, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Isaac Bennett to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid Isaac farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Isaac is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his children, Tevi Bennett of Durham, NC, Danisha Carter of Fayetteville, NC and Isaac Gerrod Bennett of Durham, NC; and his sister Rose Lee Bennett of Newburgh, NY. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lisbon Street Missionary Baptist Church (401 Lisbon St, Clinton, NC 28328). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery (8220 Bragg Blvd, Spring Lake, NC 28390).
