He was predeceased by: his parents, Octavis Mitchell and Daisy Mitchell; and his wife Geraldine Mitchell. He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Mitchell and Charles Mitchell; his children, Veronica Mitchell Peace and Harold Ray Mitchell Jr.; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Kirstin, Clement Peace III, Sophia and Grayson Mitchell; and his great grandchild Kameron Smith.
