She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Carroll and Severne Carroll; her husband Gary Bellew; and her brothers, Randy Carroll and Johnny Carroll.
She is survived by: her sons, Troy Bellew of Durham, Gary Bellew and Lori Bellew of Newburgh, IN; and her siblings, Mary Jane Stevens (Bob) of Evansville, IN and Wesley Carroll, Jr. of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by Relatives and friends.
Burial will follow at St. Louis Cemetery in Henderson, KY In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Dayspring Church of God of Prophecy.
