He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Daniel and Janice Padgett Parker; and his brother Wayne Parker. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Marie Parker; his siblings, Gerald Stephen Parker (Beth) of Durham, Luke Parker of Jacksonville, Sylvia K. Blankenship (Jim) of Proctor, Rita Evans (Roy) of Jacksonville and Sheryl Dayhoff of Jacksonville; his grandson Kaiden Parkerbolley; his great grandchild Callan Parkerbolley; and his friends, Rita and Roy Evans.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the James and Alice Parker Family Cemetery.
