“I was saddened upon learning that Fran had passed and express my deepest and heartfelt condolences to all her family, especially her children, who were the most important thing in this world to Fran. It was my privilege to work closely with Fran for 20 years and I cannot be too effusive in my praise of her work. Words such as diligence, decency, grace, are wholly inadequate to describe Fran's contributions. She had a "good heart" in every sense of that phrase and it profoundly touched many lives”
