It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Keith Overcash of Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nulushious Keith and Mary Jane Woods Keith; her husband David; and her siblings, James Alfred Keith, Doris Keith Scoggins and Merita Keith Shambley.
She is survived by: her children, David Lloyd Overcash, Jr. (Barbara) of Durham and Joanne Overcash Lee (Charles) of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Whitney Wilcox (Christopher), Kassi Overcash, Meredith Lee and McKenzie Lee; and her great grandchildren, Aubrie Wilcox, Steven Wilcox, Abbie Wilcox and Bela Martinez.
Flowers are acceptable or donations can be made in her honor to the Prime Timers Ministry at Bethesda Baptist Church, 1914 S. Miami Blvd., Durham, NC 27703.
