He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McClendon and Etherland Brevard McClendon. He is survived by: his daughter Dawn McClendon (Jon Ward); his aunt Lottie Poindexter; his cousins, Christine Abraham (Phillip), Boise McClendon, Mazie Moorer, Jenel Turner, Malcolm Poindexter and Darryl Jones; and his close friends, James Adamson, Ann Davis and Gary Stanley.
