He was predeceased by: his parents, Yervent Tiryakian and Keghinée Agathon. He is survived by: his wife Josefina Cintron Tiryakian; and his sons, Edmund Agathon Tiryakian (Jacqueline) and Edwyn Ashod Tiryakian (Karen).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hall-Wynne Funeral Service (1113 W Main St, Durham, NC 27701). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (810 W Chapel Hill St, Durham, NC 27701).
