With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna E. Davis of Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on March 1, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elliott and Pearl Elliott; her husband Dee W. Davis; her sisters, Aileen McGriff, Virginia Bennett and Peggy Thomerson; and her nephew Donald Bennett.
She is survived by: her sister Bobbie Dampier (Lawrence); her nieces, BJ Perez and Deborah Bennett; her nephew Michael Dampier (Kim); her great-nephew Robert Bennett; her niece Dara Bennett; and also Zackary Bennett.
In lieu of flowers, make donations to Ridgecrest Baptist Church in her honor.
