She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmel Howard and Vivian Rose Howard; and her brother Robert "Bob" Howard. She is survived by: her husband Paul Harvey Sebastian; her sons, Michael William Ervin and David Allen Ervin (Leigh); her grandchildren, Emily "Rhian" Ervin and Michael "Mica" Ervin; her sister-in-law Mary Howard; her nephew Sean Howard (Lauren); and her cousin Tammy Spencer.
