He is survived by: his mother Marzella Amos Gulley of Durham, NC; his son Donald Maurice Cozart-Amos Sr. (Adelia) of Hughesville, MD; his stepson Sylvester Lee Best; his grandchildren, Layla A. Cozart-Amos, Donald M. Cozart-Amos Jr. of Hughesville, MD and David E. Cozart-Amos of Hughesville, MD; and his cousins, Tonetta Amos, Rebecca "Ann" Waller, Katina Hargraves and Rudy Hargraves of Durham. He is also survived by loving cousins, family, and friends.
