Jackson and Dionne "Nicole" Jackson; her grandchildren, Erica Jackson, Allison Jackson, Danielle Hinton, Regina Jackson, DeAndre Allen, Chloe Allen, Kristina Hinton, Leondra Taylor, Jalil Jackson and Leilani Taylor; her great grandchildren, Nevyah Rush, Lily Knox, Karson Allen, Ava Allen and Nyla Porter; and her siblings, Mozelle Foster Patterson, Preston L. Foster, Rita "Clemmie" Foster Stallings and Cathy Foster Adams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ellis D. Jones & Sons Funeral Chapel (419 Dowd St, Durham, NC 27701).
