He is survived by: his son Thomas Williams (Glenda) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Travis Williams and Gina Hensley (Preston); and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Hugo, Archer, Mavie, Calvin and Gwen Hensley.
