He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Crosby and Lizzie Johnson Williams; his wife Carolyn Jean Williams; and his sisters, Thelma Garrett and Anna Louise Wyatt.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Williams (Glenda) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Travis Williams and Gina Hensley (Preston); and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Hugo, Archer, Mavie, Calvin and Gwen Hensley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hudson Funeral Home and Cremation Services (211 S Miami Blvd, Durham, NC 27703). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hudson Funeral Home Chapel (211 S Miami Blvd, Durham, NC 27703). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery (1785 Mt Gilead Church Rd, Pittsboro, NC 27312).
