He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Ray Rigsbee and Socorro Beltran Rigsbee; and his brother Paul Rigsbee. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Beltran Rigsbee (Grover Jacobs) and Sara Rigsbee (Ray Allen); his nephew John Rigsbee; his niece Elizabeth Allen; his great-niece Stella Rigsbee; his great-nephews, Max Rigsbee and Angel Rigsbee; his aunts and uncles, Roger L. Rigsbee, David M. Rigsbee, Betsy R. Cox, Donna E. Carden and Carol S. Yearn; and his extended family Walter Ruell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clements Funeral Home (1105 Broad St, Durham, NC 27705). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Clements Funeral Chapel (1105 Broad St, Durham, NC 27705).
