She was predeceased by: her mother Myrtle F. Lewis; and her sister Gloria A. Williams. She is survived by: her father Rufus H. Lewis of Durham, NC; her siblings, Mark A. Lewis (Nina) of Winchester, CA, Michael T. Lewis (Shereka) of Morrisville, NC, Crystal G. Lewis (Kurt Rentmeester) of Fuquay Varina, NC and Erica N. Smith (Timmy) of Graham, NC; her siblings-in-law, Phillip H. Williams, Gloria Tyson of Durham, NC and Thelma Hatton of Winston-Salem, NC; and her godson Joshua Ward of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by 3 nephews, 4 nieces, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Masks are to be worn and social distancing required at all meetings with family, friends and services.
