She was predeceased by: her parents, Carey Stephen Pearce and Euna Elizabeth Upchurch Pearce; her son Stephen Ralph Denson; and her siblings, Asalee Creech and E. C. Pearce.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Arthur Denson; her adoptive son Rev. Ed Denton (Julia); her grandchildren, Christopher Denton (Kaitlin) and Cameron Denton; her great grandchildren, Everett Denton and Johnson Denton; her nieces and nephews, Teresa Scott (Bill), Linda Briggs (Dwight), Ann Pearce, Peggy Taylor, Mike Denson (Rhonda), Eddie Pearce and Mark Holt; and her caregiver Brenda Harvin.
