She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Johnson and Mamie Elizabeth Hayes Johnson; her husband Levi Johnson; and her siblings, Albert Marcus Johnson, William MacArthur "Red" Johnson, Ronald Lee Johnson and Peggy Johnson Tapp.

She is survived by: her nephews, Jonathan Johnson and Jerrold Anthony Dash; her son Jeffrey Lamont Johnson (Christine); her sister Mary Ruth Dash; her aunts, Yvonne Johnson and Lethia Peace Johnson; and her nephew Claiborne "Tre" Tapp III. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
