It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allison Rose O'Toole (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kelly O'Toole (Riecss) and Christopher O'Toole; her sister Shannon O'Toole; her grandparents, Helen and Michael O'Toole (Jereme Stewart); her great-aunt Josephine; and her uncle John Michael Muchmore. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She thrived in the program, so in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The NC Governor's School Foundation to allow scholarships for students who are selected for this opportunity.
