She is survived by: her husband Franklin Herring, Jr.; her sons, Franklin Herring, III of Ohio, Wesley and Anthony Herring; her grandchildren, LaQuan Walden, Khloe Avery and Bryce Herring; her brothers, Walter and William McNeill; and her sister-in-law Yvonne McNeill. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
