He was predeceased by: his siblings, Billy Tart, Joe Tart, Jerusha Boyette, Betty Jane Burrill and Ann McCaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Tew; his children, Tonya Perry, Shannon Perry Sinclair (Warren) and Jamey Perry (Michelle); his grandchildren, Anna Perry Sinclair, Holden Sinclair, Kash Perry, James Warren Sinclair and April Leigh Sinclair; and his sisters, Edna Tart Norman and Sue Perry Stok. He is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
