He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Taylor and Frances Cox Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Taylor; his children, Lucie Moody (Martin) and Charles Locher; his brother Timothy Taylor; and his grandchildren, Hunter Ennis, Kaitlin Ennis, Samantha Pipes, Jason Locher, Preston Locher and Clayton Locher.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church (201 Denim Dr, Erwin, NC 28339).
