He is survived by: his parents, Brandy (Bobby Lockamy) and Brandon (Crystal Norris); his children, Mason Scott Norris and Kyleigh Bristol Norris; his siblings, Brittany Sue Roberts (Jon) and Brandon Michael Norris; his grandmother Carolyn Sue Capps; his grandchildren, Jerry Capps, George Norris Linberg Crosby and Joanne Tart; his nieces and nephews, Everleigh Sue Roberts, Samuel Roberts, Dean Roberts, Brandon Allen Norris and Waverly Rose Norris; his cousin RaeAnna Barefoot (Dale Irving); and his close friend Kassidy Winters.
