She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert David and Ellie Mae Ivey Strickland; her husband Lloyd Wade Monds; her daughter Tammy Lynn Monds; her sister Brenda Gayle Johnson; and her brother-in-law Tommy Monds.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy M. Barbour (Mark) of Plain View; her grandchildren, Macy Barbour (David Morgan) of Erwin and Jeremy Barbour (Mollie Wildenstein) of Japan; her great grandchildren, Gracie and Maddox Morgan; and her siblings-in-law, Edna Stanley of Dunn, Brenda Jackson of Erwin, Rita Ann Monds of Erwin and Jimmy Monds of Clayton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
