He is survived by: his children, Keith Capps of Hot Springs and Melissa Capps of Sanford; and his siblings, Richard Capps of Fayetteville and Annie Ruth Lewis of Dunn. He is also survived by three grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
