She was predeceased by: her parents, Lofton Tart and Joyce Mae Norris Tart; and her brother Raeford Tart. She is survived by: her husband Linwood Capps; her children, Michelle Braswell (Allen) and Darrell Capps (Melissa); her grandchildren, Cameron Bryant, Natalie Capps, Ethan Capps and Hudson Capps; her stepgrandsons, Bradley Brown and Braden Brown; and her sisters, Faye Norris, Carol Jernigan, Janice Beasley and Jenny O'Brian.
