She is survived by: her children, Dr. Rodney K. Sessoms (Kimberly) and Karen E. Sessoms Torian (Ernie); her grandchildren, Dr. Krysten F. Sessoms (Steve), Jonathan E. Torian, Kameryn H. Sessoms and Karmyn J. Sessoms; her sister-in-law Carnell D. Sessoms Jones; her nephew Carl E. Sessoms; her niece Kerrine Sessoms Martin (Roy); and her cousins, Jessie Dafford Fitch, Della Dafford Michaux (Eric) and Dallas L. Dafford, Sr.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Dafford Funeral Home Chapel - Dunn (707 E Edgerton St, Dunn, NC 28334). A burial was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Congregational Church Cemetery.
