He is survived by: his parent Mary Ellen Capps Horne; his wife Jeanette Allen; his siblings, Mary Sue Coleman, Larry Boyette of Dunn, NC, Elizabeth Ellen Boyette and Bobby Sherrill Horne of Dunn, NC; his stepdaughter Ellen Smith Blackmon of Dunn, NC; his stepgrandchildren, Kellie Blackmon, Jennifer Blackmon and Cameron Smith The; and also Dianne of Dunn, NC.
