She was predeceased by: her parents, Georganna Mc Lean Terry and Jessie King; her husband Charles Massey Jr.; and her granddaughter Shahera Franette Stephens. She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Ann McLean Stephens (Junious) of Dunn; her granddaughters, Chiquida Shamell Stephens of Greensboro, NC and Sandra Elliott of Portsmouth, Virginia.; and her siblings, Jesse King Jr. of New Jersey, Lorraine King-Hill of Pennsylvania and Darlene King of Florida. She is also survived by four children even though her daughter.
