With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry O'Dell Jernigan (Dunn, North Carolina), who passed away on June 12, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George J. Jernigan and Ara Godwin Jernigan of Harnett County; his wife Deedie M. Jernigan; his children, Sheila J. Holmes (Mark) of Wilmington and Brian M Jernigan (Christy) of Dunn, NC; his grandchildren, Susannah G. McElveen of Schofield and Jake P. Jernigan of Dunn; his nieces, Teri J. Minnis of Raleigh, Susan M. Melvin and Cindy M. Cheers; and his nephew David Marlowe of Clarkton.
