She is survived by: her parent Cora Elizabeth Tew Blackmon; her sisters, Edna Strickland of Roseboro and Maxine Naylor of Lumberton; and her brother-in-law Lonal Whittenton (Gale) of Dunn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
