He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Mary B. Maynor. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parish Maynor; his children, Laura Cortes (Jorge) of Erwin, NC and James Maynor Jr. (Laurie) of Houston, Texas; and his grandchildren, Francisco Cortes, Jorge Cortes, Eric Cortes, Savannah Maynor and Ashley Maynor. He is also survived by many siblings, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cromartie-Miller (401 W Cumberland St, Dunn, NC 28334).
