He was predeceased by: his parents, James Randall Parker, Sr. and Mamie Loise Dunn Parker; and his siblings, Robert Parker and Patti Parker. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Parker Gainey (Steve) of Benson, NC and Tina Parker Neighbors (Jeff) of Dunn, NC; his grandsons, Colton and Caleb; and his sisters, Shirley Hartogensis (Peter) of Bethany Beach, Betty Sue Mason of Ocilla, Sylvia Fowler of Pittsboro, NC, Dorothy Holmes (Sammy) of Dunn, NC and Cathy Patterson of Raeford, NC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
