She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Demce and Naomi Ellen Beasley Lawhorn; and her siblings, Ann Ruth Lawhorn Tart and Ernie Whitt Lawhorn. She is survived by: her husband Earl L. Honeycutt; her son Dwight L. Honeycutt (Jeanette Stokes) of Durham; her grandchildren, Joshua Wood Honeycutt and Greta Lawhorn Honeycutt (Micheal Rourke); and her brother Joe D. Lawhorn (Lois) of McGee's Crossroads. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
