He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Harris; his children, Mary Carter of Princess Anne, Donald Wayne Harris (Glendora) of Parkton, NC and Gregory Harris (Angela) of Linden, NC; his stepchildren, Keisha Denard (Al) of Jacksonville, Reginald Bledsoe of Murfreesboro and William Bledsoe (Nicky) of Jacksonville; and his siblings, Ernest Harris (Sarah), Retha Briggs, Barbara Perry, Mary Blue and Juanita Simmons. He is also survived by nieces, newphews, cousins and many friends.
