He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Crummie and Ethel Bell Crummie; and his siblings, Dr. Robert Crummie and Janice Weeks. He is survived by: his wife Kay Crummie; his daughters, Karen Crawford (Anthony), Kelly Wright (Brandon) and Katherine Alford (Darrin); his stepdaughter Kimberly Wojciechowski (Paul); his grandchildren, Hailey Cruz (Jacob), Tyler Crawford, Emma Grace Alford, Leah Wiltgen (Casey), Abby Wojciechowski, Nicholas Wojciechowski and Jacob Wojciechowski; and his great grandchildren, Gabriella Cruz, Madilynn Cruz and Isabelle Cruz.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glad Tidings Church (711 Fairground Rd, Dunn, NC 28334). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
