He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Robinson and Emma Lue Robinson; his brother Gerald Robinson; his nephew Alex Robinson; his parents-in-law, Herschel and Clydia Radford; his brother-in-law Michael Candler; his daughter Cortney Gordon (Adam); his granddaughters, Mallorie and Hadley Gordon; his sister-in-law Beth Candler; his nephew Nicholas Candler (Rebekah); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caleb and Kailyn; his niece Caroline Candler (James Greene); and his nephew Cody Robinson.

Through his donation to Honor Bridge, many others received the gift of life in the days following June 23.
