He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Sue Whittenton Best; his daughter Gena Lynne Best; and his sister Vickie Best. He is survived by: his children, Michael Best of Dunn and Suzanne B. Neighbors of Youngsville; his brother Ben Best (Pat) of Dunn; his grandchildren, Hayden Neighbors (Jessica), Falynn Neighbors, John Michael and Luke Best; and his great grandchild Hank Neighbors. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and most recently his first great grandchild.
