He is survived by: his wife Joyce Tart Baker; his children, Tony Baker (Karen), Carol Foreman (Mike) and Sandra Allen; his grandchildren, Junior Blackmon (Angela), Emily Coggins (Tony), Jason Conyers (Jennifer) and Amber Stancil (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Caleb, Peyton Blackmon, Annabelle, Evelyn Coggins, Weston and Jameson Stancil; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Claire, Emilee and Westen Silvers; and his brother-in-law Glenn Tart.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Skinner & Smith Funeral Home Chapel (905 Erwin Rd, Dunn, NC 28334). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
