He is survived by: his wife Alma Marie Cook Tart; his sons, Kenn Tart (Lisa) of Dunn and Brian Tart of Dunn; his sister Wanda Brown of Plain View; and his pets, Milo and Millie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skinner & Smith Funeral Home Chapel (905 Erwin Rd, Dunn, NC 28334). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
